Shoe was brand new. Super comfortable and as described except for one thing. The show was sold as new in box but the top of the box was missing. Pictures from the original listing only show the shoe on top of the base of the box so it implies an intentional sale of new in box when the seller new the box was not fully intact. For this I had to subtract a star. Otherwise a great purchase and experience.
