The KA-BAR Marine Corps Fighting Straight Knife weighs only 10.8 ounces and comes with a leather sheath. This all black pocket knife with camouflage carbon steel blade features a quick spring assisted opening. Marine logos can be found on the blade and handle of this pocket knife. It features a liner lock with a glass breaker and seatbelt cutter. This knife has a thumb stud on the blade with a pocket clip on the back side.

    Kabar USMC Fighting Utility Knife & Sheath

    Full Tang Cro-Van hard Steel, leather stacked handle and razor Sharp! It's the most extensively used Combat Proven Knife to date in America. The knife was developed for use by the USMC starting back in December 1942 and not only deployed in the latest of conflicts but is the knife preferred by most Marine Infantrymen. The Kabar USMC Fighting Knife not only proved it's way through Combat with the Marines but became the Official Knife for ARMY and NAVY as well as being made in smaller versions for Special Force Teams. Today the knife is not only used by our Military but by Outdoorsman and a Collector item by Collectors.

    Is it a Real KaBar?

    It is made of stainless steel, it should be some other type of steel. It has no KaBar markings on it, I don't even know if it is a genuine KaBar (no packaging). It does look like good quality, just not worth the money paid.

    Carry history on your belt.

    Own a piece of history. This knife has been tested on the battlefield in countless theaters. The beaches of Normandy, Korea, Japan, the jungles of Vietnam and our most recent engagements in the middle east. What more could you ask for? The steel may not be the hardest (1095) but it can be razor sharp with minimal effort on just a draw through sharpener, exactly what you need in a field knife. The leather handle is beautiful and easy to grip even when wet with blood. I have used this knife to skin rabbits, large game and even delicate trout. I keep it sharpened and oiled and it is always ready for anything I need it for.     A gift that will last a lifetime

    I have never owned a KABAR before and I am glad to say that I am extremely proud that I now own one. The feel of the leather stacked handle is almost like it was meant to for me. The blade came razor sharp and looks fantastic there ain't nothing wrong about it, to be honest. I would recommend this blade to anyone who wants a piece of history or simply as an everyday use knife. If you ask me this knife is something special and is definitely a gift that will last a lifetime.

    Great AO folding knife.

    A great do everything AO folding knife. I love the look and feel of this knife. It has a tanto style blade that is partially serrated, a glass breaker, and belt cutter. It is great as an everyday carry (EDC) knife, a pouch/purse blade, and a valuable tool for your car console.
