A word of caution. I have purchased half a dozen of Hoffman's Bali Pops 2.5" batik strips, with mixed results. At the worst, I've run into one pack of strips that were not of a uniform 2.5" width. Actual widths varied from 2 3/8" to 2 5/8". Some packs have been okay. The one I am working with now is not. Some strips are straight through the whole 42-44". Other strips have "peaks" and "valleys" - meaning I cannot work with the strip as a whole but must cut it into smaller segments first in order to maintain some semblance of a reasonable seam allowance which I'm calling a minimum of 1/8". If I don't do that, I cannot get the minimum 2" width that I need for my quilt top.
I emailed Hoffman via their web site and am awaiting a reply.
