If you are reading this guide you are either thinking of buying a Vibration Massage Machine or have bought one and are wondering - do they really work? Can this machine really shake the fat off your body or reduce cellulite or improve circulation or any of the other promises the sellers say they can do?

Well I can only tell you about my experience and hope that it helps you.

Before we took on selling these machines I wanted to make sure they worked because of a couple of reasons:
  • I did not want unhappy customers
  • I did not want to be making promises that were not true for the sake of a sale
So we bought one and I tested it out for a few months to see what actually happens. During this time too I read all i could about the therapy. You see Vibration Therapy has been around for Years! You may know that is helped the astronaunts in the 70s to maintain their muscles in space and you may know that it has been used to help patients that could not exercise in the traditional way. Now it is available for all to use and you can use it by just standing still or by doing exercises on it.

So onto the question does it work? Firstly there are different reasons for using the machine. To build your fitness or your strength, to reduced celluite, relax.... I thought I would concentrate on 1 rather than several. So I concentrated on cellulite reduction and this is what i noticed...

  • My cellulite has reduced DEFINITELY
  • I sleep better
  • Depending on the speed I use I feel like I've had a massage
  • My skin looks better - my vibrant. I get told I'm looking younger -which is enough to keep me using the machine :) 
  • I have lost weight
  • My legs are stronger, more toned.
  • When I do exercises on the machine I feel like I have done a major workout at the gym. I get fatigued faster doing the exercises on the machine. Which means to me that I am working harder.

From what I have noticed I believe that the machine works if you do exercises on it to achieve your goals. If your goals relate to weight loss then you need to reduce how much you eat too as exercise alone will not help you achive your goals.

I noticed is that the instructions I received did not tell me how to do the exercises, for how long or how to do ones that would help me achieve my goals. This is why I created 2 manuals to help people use the machine and have a newsletter that gives more exercise ideas. We want people to use the machine NOT let it collect dust as many of these purchases do. We offer the newsletter and manuals as a bonus if a machine is bought from us.

So does the machine work? Does it deliver what it says it can in 15 minutes? YES! If you have the right routine. Just like when you go to the gym, depending on what you want to achieve you get a different routine and to get results you need to reduce what you eat and exercise regularly. Atleast 3 times a week.
