For years, I pretty much avoided making bread at home, until I learned about the book Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day. This book changed everything I thought about bread making! The goal is to create a large batch of dough that stores in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. That’s why the method saves you so much time– all the mixing and prep is divided over four one-pound loaves. Here are some of my favorite tools to have on hand for making bread.
