1930's/40's/50's Wedding/Engagement Rings, and Wedding Sets
I have an abiding passion for Vintage Wedding/Engagement Rings, and Wedding sets, of the time period stated in the title of this collection. Not sure what the attraction is, other than the beautiful gold work that makes small sparkling stones (that do not weigh down one's hand, or bank account!) make a statement nonetheless! A one carat total weight ring is not the rule in these styles, more the exception to much smaller total weight rings that were the majority of wedding rings and sets a woman would normally expect, but they can all make such a sparkling, eye-catching attraction, and still not contain the dull, flawed, low quality "rocks" of the contemporary pieces weighing much more found in today's jewelry store stock. Bigger and newer is frequently NOT always better!
