About Singer Featherweight

Quilts, clothes, or accessories — whatever your niche, you spend a lot of time in front of your sewing machine, and your antique Singer Featherweight is still able to keep up with the high demand. These sewing machines were manufactured from the 1930s to the 1970s, and many of these durable machines are still functional. Singer Featherweight 221 and 222 models are both hard-working machines, but the 222 model offers a removable surface that allows you to easily sew circular areas, such as sleeves or pant legs, on the tubular bend. Both the 221 and 222 models are lightweight and portable, and they only come in variations of tan, black, and white. Singer Featherweight cases come with the original machines and are rectangular carrying cases with handles and locks. You can find both original and reproduced cases, as well as original and refurbished Singer Featherweight machines, from the large inventory available on eBay.
