Warning, mature content ahead. Richard Corben is a science fiction and horror comic book illustrator known for his sexualized artwork. More than just an illustrator, he also writes his own comics. "Neverwhere" is a short, animated film that he wrote, illustrated, and animated while working at Calvin Studios. It introduces the character Den, who then went on to star in several comic issues produced by Fantagor Press, the publishing company started by Corben. After the character’s original run ended, he made a guest appearance in an issue of Heavy Metal magazine. The Den comics are collected into five trade paperbacks, making it easier for someone interested in the series to gather the complete set. He has collaborated with several illustrators and writers as well as published with numerous publishing firms. In 2009, he won the prestigious Spectrum Grand Master award, an award given to the best artist of the year in the science fiction and fantasy field. Take home this award-winning artist with art prints and comics in near mint condition, available for purchase on eBay. Just make sure you display them somewhere that children can’t see.
