About 1969 Buick Skylark
The Buick Skylark is a model that the automaker loves and that the buying likes, at least for awhile. The Skylark has had three different production runs with the 1969 Buick Skylark part of the second round of production. The Skylark is the automaker's mid-size car option and is available as a two-door hardtop coupe and a four-door sedan. The 1969 Buick Skylark GS is available as a two-door convertible or coupe or a four-door sedan. A new standard engine went into the Skylarks, which was a 250-cubic inch inline-6 engine featuring a single-barrel Rochester carburetor that makes 155 horsepower at 4200 RPM and 235 lbs. per foot of torque, matched to a manual or automatic 3-speed gearbox. Optionally, buyers could have a 350 ci V8 that came with a two-barrel Rochester carburetor, which amps up the power to 230 horsepower at 4400 RPM and 350 lbs. per foot of torque. There are a number of options of 1969 Buick Skylarks as part of the vast inventory on eBay, including several 1969 Buick Skylark convertibles, and many different parts to keep the mid-size burner in top running condition.
