This wonderfully whimsical, Red Bakelite pin is a sweet Scottish Terrier/ Scottie / Westie dog, sporting a bow. This pup is deeply carved, and has remnants of paint. He is 1 3/8". Missing the pin stem, looks like an easy repair. No other damage. Tested.. guaranteed.

Estate find! Blue Cowboy Hat with red string wrapped around crown of hat used to attach Silver Horse Shoe. Scotty dog pin in perfect condition; shows no wear.

Made of celluloid.

Otherwise in Great condition! The bar is 2" across.

I could not find any markings, and we are not certain which type of plastic it is made of.

Brilliant Brooch.

Interesting and fun design with hollow flower (tulip?). on each end. Clasp works well.

It has a C type clasp and is in excellent like new condition.

This auction is for a vintage 1940's guaranteed Bakelite brooch. This is done in 4 colors laminated together and then has a carved criss cross design on top. Heavy patina. Chunkier piece. The clasp is in perfect working condition. The brooch measures 3 3/8" x 1". It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or dings. Thanks for looking.

VINT LUCITE HORSE. I love this brooch! This cute little horse or pony is made of transparent lucite with a deep pink tinge with gold on the feet, tail, ears and mane. Old C-clasp. 1-3/4" x 1-1/2".

Green, pink and gold colored celluloid plastic brooch from the 1940s. Each bird has a yellow plastic jeweled belly. Material: celluloid plastic.

I took these photos outside, so there is a bit of reflection, pin is not discolored.

CIRCA 1940. THIS PIN IS BIG AND CHUNKY. "WORM HOLE" CARVED GREEN, WITH REVERSE CARVED APPLEJUICE CENTER! WHAT A STUNNER! OVERALL, NICE CONDITION!

He has a hanger at the top, so that he can be used for a necklace or an earring. Very good condition, with very light wear. The exception to this is a very large or complex object, that may require building a box.

Unmarked and circa 1930's. It's made of celluloid hard plastic with hand-painted accents in red, black & a blueish green color. There are 2 open-backed translucent red multi-faceted Lucite plastic jelly bellies.

This great looking pin is made of bakelite and has three bakelite charms.a book,shoe and a football. The length of the drop from the top of the pin to the bottom of the book is about 2 1/4". The pinback is glued on and is very secure.
