Prada Athletic Shoes for Men

Founded in 1913, Prada offers a wide variety of designer footwear, accessories and much more. Prada athletic shoes are available in materials ranging from rubber, canvas and nylon to leather and patented leather.

What types of athletic shoes does Prada offer?

Prada has a variety of boots, loafers, high top sneakers, leather sneakers, sandals, runners sneakers and lot more for you to choose from. Prada shoes feature breathable mesh, cushioned arch support, reinforced toes, double stitching on the uppers and rubber outsoles for traction. The brand’s collection of Prada sneakers includes slip-on and lace-up styles, such as Prada double-strap tech-knit sneakers and Prada men's American cup low profile black leather lace up Sneakers. The sneakers are crafted in lustrous, smooth leather and are available in varying silhouettes, colors, and designs. Colors for these designer shoes include black, white, beige and more, and they're available in every major shoe size. Prada is also well known for their men's loafer/sneaker hybrid that comes with the design of a sports trainer but with the look of an Oxford.

How do you care for and maintain Prada's athletic shoes?

The trick of knocking the soles of your shoes together to knock off the dirt still works for your Prada Athletic shoes. Start by using an old toothbrush or other soft brush to remove excess dirt. Fill your sink or a plastic tub with warm water and a small amount of laundry detergent. After removing the laces and insoles, to be cleaned separately, use a sponge or brush to remove all the surface dirt from your shoes. A brush will help with difficult to reach areas. Be careful not to get water on leather or foam components of the shoes. Don’t forget to clean the rubber soles. Once the shoes are clean, use a soap-free sponge or cloth to carefully remove the detergent from your shoes. Let the shoes dry at room temperature for best results.

Clean the insoles the same way separately. To avoid odor, once they are completely dry, sprinkle with foot powder before returning to the shoes.

Laces are also cleaned separately. You can use detergent on difficult stains as a pre-treatment. The laces can then be machine-washed. Place the laces in a bag for delicates instead, and wash them on a normal setting. Allow the laces to completely dry before stringing them back into your shoes.
