Resealed boxed proof sets are common, as are restapled early cellophane coin sleeves. They artificially "age" paper rolls, stick a decent 1909 Indian Cent showing on one end and the other end will show an Indian Cent reverse with an "S" Mint Mark.
The coin is mostly white with a little light gold. This would force us to raise our prices. We do realize that market values fluctuate, but if you would like an explanation of the value of any item, we would be happy to provide one.

This is a Variety type coin that can be found in the Cherrypicker's Guide and recognized by CONECA. Doubling is most evident on "PASS AND STOW" located on the Liberty Bell (reverse). This is a very unique variety coin for the proof Franklin series that is quite rare with a low population.
PCGS is the most respected of the third-party grading services and is one of only four such services recognized by e-Bay. It was struck in 90% silver from 1948 until 1963. The obverse bears Franklin's image.
