Gain Fitness and Speed with Strength Training Equipment

Daily workouts with quality commercial gym equipment provide an excellent way to keep in shape. Whether you're adding to a personal gym or you have a commercial gym you'd like to expand with new or pre-owned equipment, you'll find activity-specific items to assist with bodybuilding, CrossFit, weight lifting, strength training, and more.

What types of strength training equipment is available?

There are several items available on eBay for your gym or workout needs, including the following:

  • Brands: There is new and used strength training equipment from brands like Body Masters, Body-Solid, Champion, Cybex, FreeMotion, Hammer, Hammer Strength, HOIST, ICARIAN, Life Fitness, Nautilus, Paramount, Precor, Star Trac, and many more.
  • Activities: There are equipment pieces to help with most areas of fitness including bodybuilding, CrossFit, running, jogging, and weight lifting.
  • Condition: Equipment pieces are available as new, seller refurbished, or pre-owned.

What is meant by seller refurbished?

When gym equipment is refurbished by the seller, it customarily undergoes a process to return it to proper, safe working condition. First, the item will be thoroughly cleaned with all moving parts inspected, lubricated, and recalibrated. Any worn elements will be replaced or repaired. Cosmetic issues aren't usually addressed so there may be slight blemishes, signs of wear, scratches, or slight discoloration. If the cosmetic issue doesn't pose a problem for you, you'll have in your possession a quality gym piece to use in your private or commercial gym that will get the job done.

How do you select the right strength training equipment?

There are a few things to keep in mind when selecting quality strength training equipment pieces:

  • Purpose: What do you need and want to accomplish? If your equipment is for your own commercial gym, your decisions will be different for your own personal use. In the case of private use, take into account your current fitness level and any limitations you have. Also factor in what exercises you enjoy doing when making buying decisions.
  • Space: What space is available for the item in your gym or home? Make sure you check the measurements of the gym equipment on the manufacturer's website to ensure you have the space you need.
  • Familiarity: Buy gym equipment that you have used before, particularly if it is for your own personal use. A CrossFit machine can be a huge investment if you decide that it just doesn’t work for you.
