Nike Roshe Run Men's Athletic Shoes

Inspired by meditation and the aesthetic minimalism of Zen Buddhism, Nike Roshe sneakers provide versatile, simple fashion and comfort. In fact, the name Roshe is based on the Roshi title given to Zen Buddhist masters. Nike Roshe sneakers are designed to be flexible and lightweight for easy workouts and everyday wear.

What is the Roshe Run?

The Roshe Run is the first generation of Roshe sneakers developed by Nike. The Run became known for its streamlined, minimalist style, flexibility, comfort, and affordability. Some other features of these shoes include the following:

  • Rubber soles
  • Inner soles cushioned with phylon
  • Tongue pull with zig zag pattern
Where are Roshe sneakers designed to be worn?

The Nike Roshe is a sturdy shoe that provides cloud-like comfort and level-ground stability. As lifestyle shoes, the Roshe is designed to be worn in casual scenarios before and after workouts, but they are stylish enough to be your go-to everyday shoes.

What are some features of Roshe Two sneakers?

The Nike Roshe Two was crafted for greater comfort and durability than its predecessor, the One. It is a super-lightweight sneaker that can be worn with or without socks. These shoes feature a padded collar and multi-layered memory foam cushioning. An inner sleeve adds even more cushion without bulkiness. Some of the other features include the following:

  • Inner sleeve design provides extra comfort
  • Molded waffle traction pattern for sturdiness and flexibility
  • Outsole cutouts for reduced bulk and visually aesthetic cushioning
  • Tri-fusion ID midsole with multiple density levels give greater support for underfoot
  • A variety of colors from black, white, and gray to more bold green and red
What is the Nike Roshe Flyknit?

These Nike shoes are specifically crafted with light and breathable Flyknit material, which makes them much more flexible than traditional sneakers. This Nike style features a sock-like collar instead of a traditional tongue in the upper. It should be noted that the ribbed weaving on the more recent versions of these shoes is not as thick as that on the original Flyknit shoes. Depending on your preferences, you may prefer the thicker or thinner weaving.

How do you clean your Roshes?

Materials differ with each model of these shoes, so machine washing may not be suitable for your shoes. Hand washing is effective for all Nike sneakers. Use a shoe brush or other soft-bristled brush to remove excess dirt from the outsole. You may also use a non-bleach disposable wipe to remove dirt from the bottom and sides. For an even stronger cleaning solution, try mixing a little laundry detergent with warm water. Apply the mixture to a soft brush, soft cloth, or sponge and wipe soiled areas.
