This is a nice looking narrow gauge annual 2012 softback book.this book looks to be in pretty good shape.the outside cover is not in the best of shape.this is a used book and not new.the inside pages look to be in good shape.i tried to take a few pictures of the pages to get and idea of the book and the condition of the pages.very interesting read.
