Received item in a timely manner and as described. I think communication could definitely be worked on as when I reached out to inquire on shipping I received a rude response of reading the listing and time they had which I did but still had a question due to upcoming trip out of town and it was unclear whether it had shipped yet. Maybe they didn’t mean to come across that way but just thought this was useful feedback.

Completely awful
BOSE is a very good product . I do have the Soundwave radio and its a clear cut sound. These are by far awful sound Uncomfortable in the ear . Wish I never bought them
