Great cookbook but needs updating
1 of 1 found this helpful I loved the detailed explanations of how they arrive at the perfect recipe. I have tested a few recipes so far and all have turned out exactly as described and taste just as good as the comparable higher fat recipe. However, the focus of the book is on reducing fat content; they have not reduced sugar content, which remains the same as compared to the traditional recipes. It would be nice if they could come out with a revised edition with reduced sugar content.
