Not a good experience at all. The listing was inaccurate in that it said "used", but never said it was missing two very significant parts! Missing the base to make him stand and the guitar! "Perfectly Used Condition" was very inaccurate. Then it came very poorly packaged, so no surprise that the hand was broken. What a complete waste of money. I would return this, but it is not worth the $75 in shipping to do so. Company was not helpful in my correspondence.
