These RS bonds are very rare and highly collectible comparing to their Regular Issue counterpart which, is in fact one of the most common Chinese bonds despite of being currently overpriced due to speculations(historically there were over 220,000 pieces of Regular bonds issued in 1913 and 1937 and most of them are still outstanding).
