I bought this item for my church; their cymbals don't sound too good. I like the tone of the cymbal; the only thing I hate about it is the crack but the cymbal still sounds normal when you hit it. I guess this crash cymbal compares sound&inch, to some other crash cymbals.
its a great cymbal along with my 18 its bright but somewhat thin, but i love the sound..if yu looking for a good cymbal this the one
Beautiful cymbal! I bought a Sabian apx because I thought it was a great deal! Turns out it sounded much to junky with my 8" A Custom. I tried bidding on about 4 or 5 Zildjian but I remained patient and didn't over bid because I had already spent money on the Sabian. My patience paid off and I scored on an amazingly beutiful Zildjian that just needs polishing! Zildjian is the best!
Love this cymbal. It's pretty thick and bright but still has a good flex to it. Should hold up really well. Love the great deal I got on it.
Nothin' bad to say at all. :)
Zildjian A Custom crashes really don't need a review because their sound & history speaks for themselves. However, for those new to the drumming world, let me say that these are the best sounding crashes, ever!! They are so clean, not too bright or too low sounding. They are just right! The 16" is the perfect crash to center your cymbal set up around. Add the 15" & 18" crashes and you'll have the perfect set up for any type of music.
