I LOVED IT. BILL PULLMAN AND JULIA ORMOND ARE TWO OF THE LEAST RECOGNIZED AND MOST UNDERRATED ACTORS. IN THIS LITTLE ENTRY, BOTH PLAYED EERILY DARK AND SARDONIC CHARECTORS. THEY HAD ME THINKING THERE'S SOMETHING ODD OR 'FISHY, ABOUT THEM, BUT I WON'T PRETEND I KNEW THE OUTCOME. THE FILM IS A DARK AND SOMETIMES WHIMSICAL STORY THAT ENTERTAINS AND SURPRISES. TRY IT, ITS A SLEEPER I WOULD HAVE GONE TO THE THEATER FOR. DOUG 1252
Hi there, it's your ol' pal Nate "The B Movie King" Fairbanks and I'm just going to write a few words about "Surveillance" today:
INTELLIGENT
CREEPY
SURREAL
UNPREDICTABLE
ENGROSSING
SUSPENSEFUL
I don't want to say too much about the plot, because this is one of those films that the less you know going in, the more amazing the experience will be. one of the most interesting themes of "Surveillance" is our conditioning to automatically submit to authority figures and its explored in a way I've never seen before.
I really love the fact that "Surveillance" was co-written and directed by a woman (we need MORE female directors and writers). Her name is Jenifer Lynch and she delivers on every level. Bill Pullman pulls off another quirky role as an FBI agent with a little something extra.
This is a great movie....WATCH IT!
The "surprise" was a bit obvious near the end. But it was well executed none the less. The fact a woman wrote and directed made it more compelling. Known actors like Bill Pullman, Cheri Oteri and French Stewart pushed their talents admirably. A good purchase.
Very good suspense movie...loved it!!! I love movies like this one I recommend this movie 100% well worth the money...over all Awesome!!!!

Scary movie, very good! I bought it because it is one I have never seen before. I will get some more blue ray movies in the future from ebay.
