The game has great graphics, a good plot and the levels are very interesting. The directions are vague and you have to figure everything out as you go along. The two player option is not very interactive at all, it is basically a one player game. The game itself is pretty complicated. You have to finish the level before you can play the tiki challenges so you to go back and play the level again once you beat it. The tiki challenges are very to accomplish in one try. Overall I like it, but it could be improved a lot.
Compared to Battle of Bikini Bottom, this game is just okay. It's a bit glitchy when you get too close to objects and overall, it's difficult to see in order to make accurate jumps. And there are a lot of jumps to be made in this game! It's challenging but annoying. My favorite part is defeating bosses, and challenge rounds, in order to collect objects for Spongebob's home. You also get happy coins for buying furniture and clothing upgrades.
Bought this because there are not enough available titles for younger girls, my 8 yr. old recv'd a Hannah Montana PSP for Christmas and only had one game for it! The game seemed appropriate, however my daughter became bored with it stating it wasn't "challenging" enough, but she still plays it.
It was exactly what it was written up to be, I bought it for my grandson as a christmas present but it arrived jan. 2nd.
