Sanyo SCP-7050
This phone is excellent for professionals working in a dirty/harsh/hostile environment. I own an auto repair shop, so I am rough on a phone. Rubber shock pads ensure survival if dropped, even from moderate heights. This phone is not as waterproof as some others, such as the samsung 2100, but its resistance to moisture is superior to most; I used to be able to take my RL-4930 in the shower. This one balks a bit, but a dryout session restored the phone to working order. Use of a waterproof bluetooth headset such as ones offered by Hummer or the Plantronics 320 would make for an almost unbeatable combination.Read full review...
Rugged, Reliable, Excellent Battery Life
This is the 2nd phone of this model in the household. My son has carried his in his pocket (no case or holster of any kind) for all that time and it shows very little if any wear. This phone gets double the time on a battery charge of just about any of the previous phones we've had, and we've had *many* cell phones in the past 16 years.
There's no camera or other blingy features, but if you don't need them this is a great phone. It is definitely "ruggedized" and therefore a little larger than many flip phones -- but it gets the job done extremely well for voice calls and text messages. Too bad it's been discontinued by Sprint and/or Sanyo, because a recent trip to my local Sprint store revealed that nothing in the current product line comes close to the "ruggedized" features of this phone. (Except some Motorola models, but all of them are Nextel-only and won't work in my area.)
I've recently bought a third one of these, to keep on the shelf as a hot spare. If you want your phone for use as a reliable tool and don't need it as a flashy accessory, this is an excellent choice.Read full review...
Sprint SCP-7050 SANYO
If you are looking for a rugged phone that you can use at work in adverse conditions this is the phone. It does not have a camera but it does have every thing else you need, blue tooth, GPS, web. I owned the same phone for two years and liked it very much. I finally killed it by submersing it under water for a half hour or so, but when it did dry out two or three days later it did work fine but with out the display. Great Phone
I bought this phone for simple functionality. I was tired of using smart phones that cost 400 dollars and have to be recharged every few hours. I also work in construction and constantly had my phones getting scratched and damaged.
This phone works perfectly and is very durable. It holds a charge for 2-3 full days. I don't talk much on it but I pretty much text throughtout the day. Its simple and easy to use. Plus the outter cover gives it great protection so I no longer worry about the phone being damaged.Read full review...

Pink Fusion
This pink fusion cell phone is the same model as my very first SPRINT phone. It's color is appealing to the most feminine side of any woman. The graphics are clear and colorful and the menu is very easy to follow. This is an excellent beginner phone or backup device. Great For My Pocket
I like the compact size of this phone. I bought it beause I already have the chargers and it can handle more drops and dings than most phones. I already know how to use the features.

Why buy insurance? You can not get this great phone anymore. What a shame. They do not make them like they use to. They just do not make them. I got this phone as a backup in case the one I have got lost ... cause it will not break. What I have saved on not buying insurance these past 3 years have paid for this backup phone x10 over. Does everything I need a phone to do then some. Why by milk (extra battery) when you can get the whole cow for the same price. I see people where I work have issue after issue get new phone after new phone. They can not believe I have the same phone after over 3 years. Got it free with 2 year agreement. You can not go wrong with this one. Get 2 or more they do not make them any more.Read full review...
not bad not great either
Don't get me wrong it's a nice enough phone and all functions are responsive but installing a Bluetooth device is a pain the screen is kinda small but is very clear, if you were looking for a basic phone that is rubberized this could be what you are looking for if you were looking for more I suggest keep looking. In closing this to me is an average phone w/o the bell and whistles of many equal price phones.Read full review...
