DS LITE AND R4 GAME PACK

MY DAUGHTER AND I WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE DS LITE. SHE WANTED ONE FOR A WHILE AND I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET HER ONE. HOWEVER THE GAME PACK THAT CAME WITH IT "R4", HAS BEEN A HUGH PAIN. IT WORKED FOR LESS THAN A DAY. THEN WENT TO A "LOADING" SCREEN.... I WENT ONLINE TO TRY TO FIND A RESOLUTION AND WAS ADVISED BY MANY WEB SITES TO DO A DOWNLOAD TO UPDATE THE CARD. WELL IT HAD TO BE REFORMATTED AND DELETED ALL THE GAMES APPARENTLY.... NOW IT STILL WILL NOT WORK. SO MY 8 YEAR OLD IS OUT OF 30 GAMES.... I HAD TO GO OUT AND SPEND MORE MONEY TO BUY HER SOME SO SHE WOULD HAVE SOMETHING TO PLAY.

Consider before buying

I orginally had a DS Lite before it got stolen. I brought a DSi to replace it. Normally when I do that I give the old system to my niece. Her birthday was coming up so I wanted to get her a DS lite so she can still play her Gameboy Advance games (you can not play them on the DSi). Anyway she was turning seven so she doesn't necessarily need a new system so I brought this one. It was cheaper than anyone that was sold in the stores. I didn't care that the touch screen was so scratched up and loose but she and I would live. After she had it for about two weeks and played it then the battery dies. So she tried to charge it. It wouldn't charge. I thought maybe the battery had died so I ordered a new battery for it. Worked fine. Try to charge it after the battery had ran down a little. Still nothing. Long story short I tried everything to make sure it was the gaming system itself and it was. So I would highly recommend considering what I said before buying it unless you know how to fix the charging issue, and scratched and loose touch screen.

Ripped off!

The product wasn't in the shape that I would have sold it in. Something was jammed in the pen hole and thus it would not hold the DS pen. Had to dig it out with an ice pick. Now, the DS won't hold the pen securely. Also, the front cover that protects the DS when Gameboy Advance games aren't being used, is missing from this unit. This wasn't mentioned when item was plaed for sell. I wish that I would have just spent another $70.00 and purchased a new DS and not have been ripped off with someone else's junk!

Not Happy with games send along with ds

nintendo ds is good but games send along with nintend ds are not working. Games did work for twice or thrice but after that nintendo ds was not able to recognise games.

well for thw price i paid i would think i would have got a better DS I have to repeatedly have to take the game in n out to get it to even acknoledge that the game is n the game console so i dont think it will last much longer im very disappointed cause it wasnt mentioned in the description i got another 1 for 3 bucks more n its n perfect condition :(

The product itself is great but haven't used it much

The DS lite that I received did not have a battery cover, which was not told in the description. I was also told that there would be 10 games and I only received 7. The unit does work though.

Em relação ao artigo de que voces me estão e questionar eu não cheguei a fazer efectivamente a compra devido ao vendedor não exportar para portugal, para ele exportar para o meu pais eu teria que pagar uma taxa adicional e eu não estava interessado em pagar essa taxa, por isso não efectivei a compra. Não percebo como é que dizem que eu adquiri o produto quando eu não efectivei a compra.
