Excellent factory replacement for Chrysler Infinity speakers.

Blew out surround on Chrysler Concorde LXI Infinity door speakers AGAIN. Removed speakers, measured specs, (size, depth, resistance (2 ohm)) found these JBL speakers to be a great candidate for replacing speakers that Chrysler gets $70 EACH for. Ordered and inspected. Found that one set of speaker adapters PERFECTLY adapt to factory 6 1/2" speaker mounts. Just had to install terminals to factory wiring. Was not planning to, but replaced factory tweeters also! I purchased these for a 2001 Dodge Durango w the infinity system. These sound amazing! I am using the cheapest Dual head unit I could find and they sound amazing (infinity amplifier from the factory). Amazing clarity and great mid bass. These do have some lows but that's not what for speakers are for in my book. Going to add a small sub just to fill in where I need to and it will be perfect. You won't go wrong if you select these component speakers.

I have these speakers in a 2013 Mustang with the Shaker system. They are such an upgrade from the stock speakers and work quite well with the Shaker system and the power it provides to them. I also have my door panels sound proofed which is a must in a Mustang. I'm a fan of all JBL speakers as they are typically 2 ohm and don't require as much power to make them jump which in turn prevents them from clipping.Read full review...
