it didn't work... had to send it back... would not read sim cards... i have since gotten another one and all seems good. i think it was just a lemon...
the phone is super pleasant to use... easy to follow... good volume on speakerphone... quick connection... nice camera!!! thats a big plus. i had the hd2 and i will never use the windows os again... it was an htc, too,... the only thing i wish is that this phones screen was as big as the hd2... other than that, its an awesome phone.
I liked the phone while i had but hate Sprint they tried to charge me $50 a month extra to upgrade to a "data" plan plus another $10 for premium data. I was fine with the premium data and had no problem paying it. However I already have a data plan, they just dont call it that anymore. The only difference between my plan now, 1500 minutes, unlimited text, calling mobile to mobile, and unlimited data, is that my nights dont start till 9 pm. For $50, ($60 if counting premium data charge), i would have nights at 7. $50 just to have two extra hours of talk time!!! Its like im being punished for being with sprint for over a decade now. Just because ive had this plan for as long as they offered internet on cell phones and it was really cheap I get screwed when it comes to buying a new smart phone. There is no difference!!! At least none that even remotely justifies a $50 a month hike in price!!! Beware of sprint, they are penny pinching pricks and they can go to hell!!!
Poor Poor poor poorI bought the NewPhone 74205 three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone. It has a 1M-pixel camera, video camera, and speakerphone. The NewPhone's size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that the menu system on the phone makes you click four times before you can find someone in the address book, set an alarm, or perform a additional functions. Other phones I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget.
When I bought the Evo, i knew that it was refurbished. But it didn't say that it was rooted (hacked) and which wasn't manufacture default settings. What this did, was kill the warranty and wasn't eligible for insurance through Sprint. I realized this when the battery was dying too fast, and the phone wasn't performing up to standards. Also, the phone is void of any software updates from Sprint, or HTC. Luckily, Sprint is such a great carrier and has great customer service, they let me get another one, but I had to pay $100 deductible. I will not buy from that company again, nor, will I buy from a factory that sells refurbished products. (unless this company reimburses me the $100 I had to spend at sprint...)
This is a third party individual whom only provides a link to 5Links Cellular. You are paying this peron $.99 for nothing more than a link. The people at 5links have no clue and think that this is ebay itself selling this link.
this site is not good for any one, they will charge your card and give you their stor number and you will contact with them, and then the store people will asked you thousand of question, like you are a criminal.
I had very bad experience from the site they gave me
but never send the phone to me
When you can easily go to radio shack and pick up one of these bad boys for $100.00 easily. And also get the best otter box case for it for only $155.00
This is why I never buy phones online!
I purchased this phone because my old phone was broken. I was so excited to get a good deal and an awesome phone. I had the phone for about 28 days and then it just went out. The screen will not even come on. I only had a 30 day money back. So therefore I am stuck with a phone that does not work and out the money that I spent on it. I will never purchase anything from that store again and I hope that everyone is cautious of the purchases they make with them.
One unhappy customer
Have had nothing but problems with this phone. It came in with a broken screen on the camera portion on the back. Then it would not charge on the car charger, now it will not charge on the electric charger. They will not warrant the phone because I purchased it off Ebay and didn't purchase it from a Sprint dealer. Great..... I'm out $500 for a piece of junk that can't even be used.
I bought it out right for prepay use because I didn't want to be locked into a 2 year contract & it lasted 3 weeks before it quit working(JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) It was not abused, I take VERY GOOD care of my belongings.
