The good: The RIM BlackBerry Tour 9630 offers world-roaming capabilities as well as Bluetooth, GPS, and a 3.2-megapixel camera. The smartphone offers a great design that combines a sharp display and an easy-to-use QWERTY keyboard in a fairly compact size.
The bad: The smartphone lacks Wi-Fi. The Web browser falls short of the competition, and there's a bit of shutter lag on the camera. You can't save applications to a media card.
The bottom line: With a winning design and fast performance, the RIM BlackBerry Tour 9630 is one of Verizon Wireless' top smartphones for both business users and messaging fanatics.
I give it away because I did not realize it had no camera or Wi-Fi, I lost my money.
this phone no work is locked and used, the charger dosent work, the phone does not work is crap.............................................................................................................................................................
I have had a blackberry tour for about a year now and I like it. I just bought one today in white, and it looks great. The phone is simple to use and is great for business. Only one downside, the trackball. I went through 3 of these phones before I decided to go to another phone. The trackball gets stuck from time to time, and the phone completely dies after months of use. This is why I switched phones after the 3rd one died on me. You can get these dirt cheap online, because they are most likely going to die on you in 7 months.

I thought I would like a blackberry better than a droid slide phone. Wrong! I bought this because my hands are small and I knew it would be easier to text but I like the droid better and just tonight switched back to my droid.
Other phones I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget. Not quite used to how the menu is set up cuz its just a tad different then what the bold is. we love the phone though but it took almost 2 weeks to get here after buying but thanks again though
The blackberry tour did work well, but in the add it said that it was only used for about six months. When I got it in the mail and opened the box the phone was very scratched on the screen and around the phone. It looked like it was used for more then a year. I had to replace the whole housing and the LCD screen if I knew the phone was in this condition I dont think I wouldn't have purchased it
I wanted a phone that I could use with my carrier Metro PCS the add stated that it was a Sprit but it could be used with Metro PCS but it was not true I had to pay over 100.00 to get it pre program. I could have purchase a bran new one for the cost of this one was very unhappy with my purchase.
We did not have a good experience with the phone since there was a problem with the tracking ball. However, Verizon was able to replace it for whatever reason. Lucky us!
