Get a warranty may need it & get the otter box case to protect it!

The blackberry 9550 is by self a good phone but I have had constant trouble when it comes to downloading using blackberry desk top manager, I have nothing good to say about intelisync sometime it will screw up your contacts other times it the calender and as of yet there is no work around this problem. My storm 9530 will upload and down load with no issues so I am sure its not my outlook 2010 or my operating system (vista) I have looked at crack berry forums and others are having the same difficulties. As a cell phone its wonderful and full of features for media, pictures & videos and its great they came with a 16GB card for extra storage of documents pdf files excel files ect. The storm 2 is awesome as a cell phone great quality in the audio, it links up with blue tooth devises with little effort, hands free is load and clear. The touch screen is a little difficult to get used to. Its not very user friendly and unless you plan on paying for the data plan forget emails even with WIFI it wont let you set up a pop3 account. I find I have to hit some buttons multiple times to get it to enter functions that are close to the edge of the screen, I certainly wouldn't buy this model new although then blackberry would have been responsible for these problems, they are still updating its software for more features and improvements its too bad they didn't release a OS upgrade to ver # 6 that looked like it would have really made the phone much easier to use. I would recommend a HTC before another blackberry.

thought this phone wld be better!

this phone is the hardest phone ive ever had to get used to.the push technology fr texting n email awful,im a fast typest n texter this phone takes forever to write a text u press none letter another one comes up,so u r constantly hvn to go bck n erase..thought this phone was going to be much better im on lookout fr another phone,,waste of money.

Cell phone Blackberry

This phone is not new as it is in the advert, has a scratch on your display, among other details which indicate usage on the device, such as:

- Connector dirty
- Box of appearance of old
- Small scratches on the plastic parts
- The battery was full of fingerprints and dirt

so I'm negated this user, used to advertise products and describing what has never been as usuado this announcement.

Annoying sound

I've had this phone less than 30mins and i'm angry. This is a 'push screen' and not a touch screen, to dial or type you have to push the screen and get this annoying clicking of plastic sound as if the phone is falling apart. I hate this and will be returning it.

Don't buy !! Warning !!!!

Blackberry storm 2 9550 pretty much sucks. The phone looks OK in shape. Software is slow and often gets stuck. The touch screen is alrite, but not even close to iphone. Overall, a complete waste of money.

The storm2 had many problem when i used all the time show small clock on the center , The battey change around 4 hours and can stand by around 4 hours couldn't talk time and download the app.

BUYER- read before you bid on unlocked phone!

If you are buying "unlocked" phone from different wireless provider hoping that it's gonna work with yours 100%-> u'r WRONG!
Only basic functions will work. You would be able to call & text, use your phone book, calendar & setup, BUT most likely 3G (internet browser), GPS & even WiFi will NOT work! They'r incompatible! I bought *unlocked* phone x2 from 2 different providers (not same as mine) in hope that's it's 100% OK, was only able to call & text!
I'm not blaming sellers- they were excellent & I didn't do my homework!
That was 600$ lesson, worth to learn!

Poor quality device

Parts of the phone feel off after about a weeks use, the battery over heats after a small amount of usage, and the touch screen's clicking noise is loud.

The accesories are not blackberry and maybe they wont work with your device

The cellphone is very nice and so far it´s OK, but all the accesories are not genuines, any of them are Blackberry. In fact, the wall charger doesn´t work and I had to buy another one. The battery cover is from another blackberry because it is grey and the device is black. Also is extremely difficult to open and close. The PC cable is generic too.
I´m just praying for the device to continue working correctly, but who knows... I didn´t return it because I live in Venezuela, so it´s a big issue to make a return from here.
I´m not happy with this seller.

Disappointing

It is a good team, but only for U.S. or the north,
The function that most needed was the GPS and it did not work.
Other problems: lost remote coverage area, the battery does not last long.
Again very nice, but not for my country.
It is a pity, for this reason I decide return the equipment, although I lose money.
