WHAT I DISLIKE IS BLACKBERRY PHONES AND BLACKBERRY COMPANY
THEY WANT A LOT FOR THERE PHONES BUT NOTHING ELSE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH BLACKBERRY IS THE WORSE
THIS PHONE IS SO FAR BEHIND
BLACKBERRY HAVE THE SAME FEATURES THEY JUST ADD A EXTRA FEATURE OR TWO WITH THE NEW GRADE MODELS
THE PHONE IS TRULY THE WORSE IN SERVICE
AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE A WARRENTY YOU WILL TRULY BE IN TROUBLE
Bought this fone to travel out the country. The minute I got it I could never power up the unit. On the screen it shows te battery symbol with a slash across it. I check the battery and there is a red line on it indicating water damage. what business would sell this unit as refurbished knowing it does not power up. then the worse case is I've sent several messages with no replies, even call a number listed as there office fone.
I don't really care for this phone. It turns off all the time. I don't have any applications running on it that would slow it down. I have to plug it into a charger just to get it to turn on. It's not low in battery usage either.
phone does work at all!dont know why he put it on sale I got robbed.phone is lock up all it says is software upload when software is no gud its a big disappointment to me
I bought a cellphone with the following descriptions:
New Virgin Mobile BlackBerry Curve 8530...
When the cellphone arrived to my Country; Honduras...I was surprised because; you did know that the cellphone was coming to a country out from the United States, and that cellphone doesn`t works here because it doesn`t have space for a CHIP... how come i bought a cellphone that is analogue, how im i supposed to use it here without a chip, in the cellphone descriptions it wasnt specify that it was analogue...if it was the case i wouldnt bought in the first place, so i need for you to solve me this porblem: i have 2 options..
or i send this cellphone back to you with all the features included again, and you send me one that i can insert a chip to, because how is my cellphone gonna work with a american line if i live in Honduras...??is not logical... or i send you this cellphone back to you...and you give me my money back so i can buy a blackberry that has a space to insert a chip
I have some problems with two unlocked blackberry curve 8900. SImply, they doesn't work. Appear a battery with cross red line and is not turn on. Please, someone had a problem like this? I need some information to solve this problem. The seller tell me that's the problem maybe in the battery and he'll give me two more battery.
First, the BlackBerry was LOCKED. Second, I've been trying to contact the seller for couple of weeks now to ge the code to unlock the device without success. I have a blackberry which I cannot use.
When I bought the Blackberry phone I sent a message to the seller. The message stated that I was only interested in the phone if it works with Metro PCS. The seller configured it as a Metro PCS phone so when I got the phone I was able to make and receive calls, text and connect to a hotspot. BUT IT DID NOT CONNECT TO THE METRO PCS NETWORK. That was the purpose of buying it and the seller was told before mailing it. Metro PCS says unlocked phones cannot be used to access their network to access the Internet. That makes my purchase a total loss.
WARNING: Unlocked phones cannot connect to the Metro PCS network.
I bought this BBerry Curve 8900 for parts or thinking that it was probable reparable. This is a piece of garbage and to be honest not even the track ball works. The external and internal appearance is just disgusting. We bought this type of phone and never had any big issues with it. I must be very careful next time.
The seller missed an important description about the phone. This was realized once the phone was powered on. The phone has the Blackberry white screen, which keeps it from functioning. Very similar to a blue screen on a computer.
