Like: looks just like the American made Ipod Nano. It works and plays back the songs on speaker systems for the Ipod Nano.
Dislike: It works very differently than the American made Ipod Nano. The unit switches or shuffles music on it's own when you move like it's flawed. When you download from windows media player, it downloads all the music despite what you selected.
I could not use the USB ports in the front of the computer without it cutting off and giving me error messages. I found a USB port in the back of the computer which allowed me to transfer music without error messages.
I HATE APPLE! that being said, I got this as a gift from my girlfriend. Personally, I never would have bought this. I do like the fact that nike+ is now a built in feature and the games are fun for about 5 minutes. As far as being a music player, it works great, as long as it is clipped to my side. It is a nightmare trying to use it in my car. If i hit the breaks too hard it skips to the next song thanks to the god aweful motion controls. This would ahve gotten amuch better rating if it werent for the accelerometer. I wanted something that would play music, thats it! Do people really watch movies on these things? This thing has way too many stupid bells and whistles and is way overpriced, just like all the other junk Apple sells! Buy a Zune, you will be much happier!
Well I don't know if because it was used but only holds charge for like 4 hrs. I use it for the gym and I have to recharge it everyother day, I only have like 170 songs and so far I have never been to lisent to he whole list because is dies right away, I have a sanzafuse disc and it hold the charge pretty good I chose the Ipod because of it's dising, thin and light, but I honestly think it was a bad investment!.I speak just for my experince.
Thank you
was purchasing this ipod for my granddaughter,13 yrs old, for christmas..she could not get this to work properly. we both were very disappointed..she purchased another new ipod at best buy... now i have a big purchase($89), and no use for it..not happy
Well What can i say the description lied it said that it was a 5th generaton IPOD which it wasent it was a 4th generation
this is not an original model. i wanted a standard 4th generation ipod made by apple- that is not what i received.
Seller sent an 8GB nano. Return process was difficult and seller was not as honest as he was with me when Paypal was involved. Finally resolved dispute through Paypal. I would ask questions about item before purchasing next time.
I bought a used Ipod from Ebay b/c my current iPod couldn't handle all of my music and I needed more storage space. My current device has worked like a charm for almost 2 years, so I didn't hesitate about buying a used one. The one I purchased off ebay worked great for a little over a month. Last week though I plugged it into my iHome and as soon as it came off the power source it went dead. Now it won't operate without a power source. I don't think I can send it in for repair b/c I didn't buy the warranty (my mistake)...so basically it only lasted a good 45 days before it was shot. Not okay.
First of all. I failed to return the unit within 7 days. Didn't know I could. Unit failed to FULLY function as it said it did in it's ad -- namely on the Dial (upper left side - terminates all functions & shut down the unit) and other function like radio or other fuction special to this unit from the previous generation units. However, it does play the music left on the unit and charges the battery. So now I can listen to someone elses down loads - not mine..... it sucks.
The used iPod I purchased was received as described in the offering. There were no guidelines on its use nor were there ear buds or a charger, and there were scratches on the case. I was able to retrieve guidelines off a web site, and I had the ear buds and charger from another application. However and after trying to use the iPod 3 to 4 times a week while exercising, I have found that the iPod does not hold a battery charge which is probably due to its use with the prior owner. My purchase price on EBAY was about half the original cost which I now consider excessive given the battery issue.
