Don’t waste your phone money of the iPhone if you don’t have to. This phone is over hype, I don’t see anything big about the iPhone. I’ve seen cheaper phone that offer better features than the iPhone. Phone call log sucks it only show all calls and miss calls; you can’t select any other type of calls like business only, friends, and what not. Sadly to download apps you are force to become a member. Only good thing is the 4S Siri. Siri come in handy a lot. When watching video, the video does NOT fit into the screen, it’s too small when you zoom in it cuts out half the video base on the video format. My co-work samsung galaxy s3 is better when watching video. iPhone picture quality sucks, my basic Motorola Rizr Z3 takes great better picture than the iPhone. Also you can’t change the camera/video mode, like set it for night shot or day shots, indoor shots. you have to download other camera apps for this. In my opinion is it worth $400 use? Hell No, $200 to $250 yes, $300tops yes, your just buying the name for an extra $100 to $200. Other than that, it’s the apps that make the phone better and does the same thing other smartphone does. It has a great design.
I purchased the iPhone out of pure curiosity. After all is said and done.....I don't get it. I can't load music, documents, or photos onto it without Apple sticking their hand in it. It's fragile. It's expensive. It's tiny. The puny battery can't be pulled. Yet every other person walking down the street has an iPhone. It's the marketing and hype power of Apple that keeps this thing popular. If you haven't used another system, like Android or RIM, you have nothing to compare the iPhone to but if you have........ the iPhone becomes laughable. It really can't compete with Android in any way whatsoever and if you are coming from Android or even Blackberry, you will be amazed at how useless the iPhone is. I used it for a good month and had to go back to Android in order to get anything other than phone calls accomplished. I found Siri to be the only real positive and outstanding feature the iPhone has. I don't get the rest of the hype.
You are either an iPhone fan or not---I am not! I have two 64 GB iPods and love them and work them to death. This phone is way too expensive compared to Android models. Virtually every great app I had on my android phones that were FREE cost on iTunes and were not even equal in value. Used the phone 2 weeks and gave it away to a friend and bought a Droid 2 that I have put all my previous FREE APPS on and I'm back in business and love the Droid 2. If I did not live in the boondocks where we have NO 4G, nor are there many towers anywhere around here that do have it, and I did have 4G I would probably get the Samsung Galaxy SIII---I have yet to me a single owner of one that does not completely love theirs.
If battery last last longer than one day I would love this phone. I wouldn't even care higher price, but compare to my Nokia Lumia and HTC iPhone has same features, works faster than other phones, but battery life is worst ever from all phones what I had in my life. It is pretty bad product with high price.
I thought this product was good, but I probably could have bought an iphone 4 for a cheaper price and it would have still been same. the only difference is the camera quality. The value of this purchase was not worth it because I notice several scratch marks on the back, and there is a dent on the top right corner. The biggest problem about this product is the left bottom speaker, it is broken. The right speaker is the only one working so it is not as loud as regular iphones.
Other than the camera performance this phone is not anything worth mentioning! Maybe because i own also the Samsung Galaxy S2 (business phone) and compared to the Galaxy s2 the iphone 4s is a step back... slower in every task compared to the super fast dual core of the galaxy s2, smaller not so bright not so vibrant screen compared to the super amoled plus screen of the galaxy s2. Older bluetooth and not able to connect to dual band routers which the galaxy s2 CAN!!! And dont forget the i phone is not yet 4G capable.... Apple thinks is 2009 not 2012 almost...
I purchased in anticipation that Apple products are "user friendly"- wrong. Dealing with ITunes and the locked phone issues are problems I have not had to deal with on other phones. I will never purchase another Apple product. Avoid this one, there are better products than iPhones. After the fact, I've heard of many other people having similar issues.
My 15 year old son purchased this and got ripped of. The screen is black (no images) so it will cost me another $125 to get it fixed. That brings the total to $355 or about what I would pay for a new 5s under warranty. Buyer beware....because there is no recourse !!!
First it wasn't a 4s it was a 4 he did said that didn't get WiFi
no service he didn't said that it was damage(water) MAIN BOARD damage. beside that everything else works. Bad deal I lost.
The product is great overall, but I bought this particular Iphone thinking it was new- meaning never used, and found it to be used for some time because I found emails and pictures in it. Nevertheless, the phone is working fine, my only problem with it is the poor battery life it has.
