Great Price & Just Hope It Has A Long Life (More Than 4 Years)
I had a Western Digital 2TB that was slowly dying, and got this as a replacement. Tried to recover my Data from the old drive when this one arrived, but by then it had completely stopped working - too bad shipping wasn't faster! Nothing like starting over with a New Hard Drive. The last one I had for 4 years roughly, I'm hoping this will last a lot longer. Got this new one at a great price too.

DO NOT BUY THIS HARDDRIVE! YOU WILL BE SORRY!
i bought this hard drive to have a fast way of accessing my video and pictures . this hard drive is complete garbage, it shutters, crashes,loads super slow,slow write time,corrupts your information, make your operating system unstable and crash with no way of starting windows even in safe mode, boot mode, repair mode ect ect. i had to remove it from my case just to start windows and it was not even the main drive but a storage drive. i would take any other hard drive then this one hands down!

A lot of storage for not a lot of money
I have used Western Digital drives for all of my video storage for four years now, reconditioned and lightly used without a problem. I use 2TB for movies and 1.5TB for TV episodes in three locations and they preform flawlessly. This 1.5 TB Western Digital was in excellent condition right out of the package. I formatted and copied about a TB of TV episodes without a problem.
