Great book on Joni Eareckson's childhood. How powerfully God has used her to touch so many others lives.

I bought this book at the request of my wife. She has read it and absolutely loved it. We've followed the life of Joni Eareckson Tada and the amazing things she is doing since her divng accident. From her paintings and drawings to her wheel chair distribution project, she is simply an amazing woman that God has used despite her handicap. Definitely recommended reading.
I absolutely loved this book. I listened to the unabridged audio and it made me laugh, cry and be inspired by her courage. She spoke from the heart and was very believable as she describes her frustrations and limitations and how she uses her faith to overcome all obstacles. She shows such a heart for all hurting people worldwide by travelling to speak and give wheelchairs to those who can't afford them. There was nothing about the book that I did not like.
This a book that you don't want to put down once you start reading it. Joni Eareckson Tada tells of her experiences in life as she grew up; her accident and how God showed His love to her through it all. You will find yourself laughing with her and also crying with her. She is so--ooh real. She really magnifies the Lord because He was and still is with her no matter what circumstances come her way. Great story!!
I loved reading the God I Love. Joni is so descriptive about her life, accident and adjustments living in a wheelchair. I decided to buy it because my pastor's wife was reading it and recommended it to read.
