Had older Sony changer that didn't take advantage of sacds. Bought higher-end Yamaha changer, but lost the fast, easy navigation of mp3 disks. Skipping tracks was a painstaking, one-at-time process with plenty of delays. Picked up the Sony DVP-NC875V and got the best of both worlds.. Fast, easy navigation and title recognition in mp3 disks and the extended range and quality of sacds. My only complaint is the glaring, bright leds on the front panel which I will soon soften with some filter material.

Works well but the 5 disk tray design is problematic with all the brands using this system. This design tends to break down as the sliding in and out motion causes stress on the belt which often fails and needs replacement. The Pioneer 6 disk case used by several other brands is a more reliable system.
