Title says it all. Amazingly helpful.
For anyone who has lost a brother or sister and has felt so alone or confused by the feelings and emotions they are feeling this is a must read book. I never heard the term "sibling grief" until I was researching anywhere and everywhere for answers to the depth of my despair after losing my beloved sister. It was so refreshing to find someone who could actually put into words what I was experiencing AND to let me know it is OK. I give this book to anyone I think is ready for answers to this crazy and painful grief. We are not alone and we are not crazy. We can heal, it will just take time.
