Received phone a day before ETA. But phone really lags when online. Sometimes does things I'm not even doing. Hopefully the kinks work out. Phone was brand new. Overall I'm happy with the device

Product shipped reasonably quick. Able to make phone calls, text, obtain 4G/WiFi capabilities. Major concerns: I keep getting a security notification saying, "Unauthorized actions have been detected. Restart your phone to undo any unauthorized changes". It doesn't directly affect the phone's function, but it is annoying and I've tried a number a ways to get rid of it with no luck. Restarting the phone does not get rid of the message. Also, I installed a Straight Talk SIM card, but S4 occasionally says that it doesn't detect the SIM card. This particular issue affects functionality because it drops calls/text messaging when the SIM card is undetectable. I'll give it another week or so, but if my parents bring up these concerns again, I might have to return this product. Bought this phone for my parents. Bought the phone and over all it was a good price the phone was new and in great condition but for some reason I can't get the phone to connect to the network, therefore it doesn't want to send texts, call or receive calls. Going to take it into At&t and see if they can figure it out bc that is very frustrating.

Very little difference from s5, 6 or 7 and battery is very easy to change. I have the Qi wireless charging back cover and an extra battery. Wonderful Android phone for a fraction of the cost of a newer model. I couldn't be happier.
