These liners have adhesive so that they stay on the mask. You can use them for a week or more before replacing. The advertisement says a full months worth--and that means only 4 liners. So, you wind up paying the same amount for 4 of these that you do for 30 of the ones without adhesive. They are overpriced, in my opinion. $25 for 4 liners? Should be $10 at the most.

Well, the mask didn't get rid of the leak, but it does muffle and redirect it a bit. The result is that I can use my mask - it isn't pouring air into my eyes anymore - it's leaking where it is less annoying.
