I took a chance and ordered these from China. I have gotten mostly good items that I consider knock-offs, and usually at very cheap prices. I know this is not "buying American" but I try to get the best quality for the value no matter where it is made. Save your money on these or put the money towards buying original Norelco blades. These are lighter so they are made with lesser materials. The blades are not even that sharp. They miss whiskers that I have to go over and over again. They tend to pull, telling me they are not sharp. I went back to my old set until I order more from the good ole USA :-)

I sought a replacement for the equivalent item that came with my razor as a gift. Within a couple of weeks, this cleaning system is already exhibiting the same issues I had with the other: when I insert the razor and press the button, the first time I get an error message. I then must unplug/re-plug (reboot, in effect) to get it to work. If this on continues on the same trail as its predecessor, it will get progressively worse. There are remedies noted online, but they require disembling the machine and applying a cleaner to contacts. I expect more from Philips Norelco.

My electric shaver does not cut as close as I would like even with brand new cutter heads.

Very close to OEM quality but excellent value for the price. The first couple days, I thought maybe these were not quite as sharp as having brand-new OEM but after a couple days I don't notice the difference. Maybe the edges were just not honed. Now, I would say they are comparable to the OEM ones. Can't beat the price.
