I have used this product for many years and I have enjoyed i...ts benefits. I take it right after lunch so that the caffeine portion helps me through the afternoon. I have tried several different multi-vitamins. These are the ones I have stuck with for over 3 yrs now. There has been times I've ran out and went a week or 2 without them and could tell a difference in how I felt when I wasn't taking them. I just feel better when I take them and they don't make you feel wired or jittery or anything like that.

The GNC Mega Men Multivitamin are some good multivitamins.... They come in a proper package, with the described amount (did the count), and they have helped to maintain me during the day. There is some slight annoyance with the caplets and that is that they do make your urine green or in some type of that color. I have scratch that off as a side effect of the 2 caplets you have to take, like in my case I take them in the morning. It's from good quality and a recognized brand (GNC). This is a very good and recommendable product.
