Compact and easy to operate GPS that documents each ride. It's so small that it is hardly noticed on the bike yet has a good map page and nice statistics page.In a week's time I have not ridden longer than the battery lasts. Just like all Garmin products you can use it without studying a manual. I tested it against much more expensive GPS 's and found it extremely accurate. I love the download of information to Garmin Connect on my laptop.

Great for the Strava crowd and touring cyclists. I wanted personal performance, including cadence. Couldn't find heart rate info in the computer, even though it was connected, and cadence requires an Ant+ bike. Liked the product, and am replacing it with the Edge 25 for the tracking items I feel are important

Garmin made a nearly perfect unit for the purposes of adventure touring by bicycle here. The preloaded cycling map of the U.S. is a real bonus! It has been flawless in function, easy to use, has a great battery life, and paired with the Garmin BaseCamp app on my Mac, I can easily build cycling specific routes and send to the device. Accepts .gpx tracks from other sites without a problem. Has user changeable data fields for a fully integrated gps/cycle computer. Accepts input from ANT+ devices, like my heart rate strap. I'm thrilled with this device, and spending less than half of the MSRP for a NIB device on eBay is a win win!
