I could not be more pleased with this phone. It is very lightweight but the screen is nice and large. I can actually see it without my glasses! It also has a zoom feature that allows me to enlarge the content. This phone has everything. I loved that fact that it was so easy to set up and I was able to keep my phone number...super easy. It has all the latest technology with the best features. Very user-friendly. I may never need another phone.

Couldn't figure out how to get the SMS texting to work after following all the instructions, going to apple web site didn't help to get it working! Did internet research on the problem and none of those suggestions worked. Apple seems intent on forcing people to use iMessage!!!! My data plan is limited so I would rather use SMS texting. Also couldn't use all of the features of the phone without paying extra to my carrier, locked down!! Example: When one buys a car and you want to use the heater, the Mfg says you have to pay extra to use that feature!! No happy with Apple for being so proprietary!!!! No wonder people are going to a international brand to use all the features they paid for!!!

This is an excellent phone. Been around apple since the Iphone 3gs. This phone is the best built, works the best, no issue phone I have ever had. Fast, great screen and really an excellent phone. I was an android users, but not any more. Just can't go back. FOR the other feed back, that has nothing to do with the phone itself. Don't purchase a phone that is locked to an iCloud account.... This one is NOT locked to an ICLOUD account.
Upgraded from the iPhone 5 to iPhone 6 plus and it is amazing. So much bigger, incredible photos, strong, long battery life. Highly recommend this upgrade for those who cannot afford a newer model. Love it!
