I received my book about a week ago. I have set down and went through it and it has lots of great recipes and lots of very good information in the front section. There is an area that gives you points to lots of food items. A must have book.

This recipe book takes ordinary groceries and lets you do something special AND low-calorie with them. Very inspirational and helped me get out of our rut of same-old, same-old foods.

Cookbook every weight watchers member should own.
I like the fact it has a spiral bound and the pages are easily displayed. There's alot of helpful dieting hints and also alot of extra cooking hints along with the delicious receipies. The cookbook was well planned out and will enjoy using it. There isn't anything I don't like about it..

Great basic Weight Watcher cookbook!
Though this is an older Weight Watcher Cookbook, it has some really simple basic recipes that can easily be upgraded for the Core program and Momentum or more involved ones as well. I have found that I can get tastey dressings, casseroles and soups that are quick and easy to make - in my busy life, a fast and impressive dish is worth it and this cookbook provides! Also has teaching elements in it. I noticed that some of the newer cookbooks have recipes from this basic one. Also is pantry-friendly. Some newer recipes are bizarre or more involved but this one solves the age old question "what's for dinner?" that families can enjoy. Also provides a concrete base for lifestyle changes that is the main point in Weight Watcher's. I have bought this book before and have also picked one up for friends as gifts.Read full review

The cookbook is great. For the most part all recipes are delicious. I bought it because my mother recommended it. I was very pleased!
