Typical Big Idea wholesome show
This is great stuff, for the most part. The Pie War was a hilarious spoof that teaches a good lesson. I esp liked the test question used in the contest. Larry's song re. the pizza angel was a bit sacrilegious, but considering it is made by Catholics and they have an unusual view about a lot of figures in the Bible -- female angels, the divinity of Mary, etc, I can easily overlook it and enjoy the morals/ethics it teaches my daughter.

I like the messages that the Veggie Tales always portray. I bought this because my 2 1/2 yr. old grandson loves Veggie Tales. I found the Castle and characters and wanted to get a video that would go along with that theme for him to mimic play (as he so does with all his videos). Can't really rate the movie itself as we have not seen it yet. Should get the castle in the next few days and we will watch the movie at that time.

Veggie Tales Duke and the Great Pie War
I bought this for my 4 month old niece and she loves it. I think Veggie Tales are great for young kids and the kids love to watch them. The dvd's are fun, entertaining and also teach kids. I would buy all the Veggie Tales dvd's for my niece.

Very child appropriate and well worth the money spent.
This movie is along the lines of the other Veggie tales movies - funny, appropriate and easy to enjoy whether the audience is adult or child. Christian values are told in ways that make children laugh - but also make children remember. My children are 3, 5 and 10 years old and they all enjoyed this movie immensely.

VeggieTales - Duke and the Great Pie
Just a really good video. This is probably my 2 1/2 year old daughter's favorite. A story about the importance of family and beliefs. And as always, the Veggie Tale character humor is wonderful. I would recommend this video for any age!
