U.S. Marshals, movie to watch and learn from. not all police are evil here
good story. believable. my main interest was in the reverse rowing machine on the canoe that was used as part of the escape. want to build a copy of that. great idea from back in the late 1800's or early 1900`s. nice fast paced movie goes along with the information to be gleaned from this film.

This is one of my favorite all time movies, Wesley Snipes best movie ever in my opinion. The Fugitive was real good, But trying to frame a black ops hero made this movie one of the greatest movies ever made & the DVD worked perfectly 2 X in my player & once in my sister's.

U.S. Marshals (DVD, 1998)
Decent rendition of sort of a remake of the "Fugitive" role with Tommy Lee Jones as U.S.Marshal Sam Gerard, team leader, hunting an escaped fugitive, Mark Roberts (Wesley Snipes). Roberts has escaped a prison plane following a crash landing, while he was being returned to New York. Snipes is a former Secret Service Agent who has been on the lamb for over a year, and the plane crash was caused by an attempt on his life by another prisoner. He has been accused of murdering two fellow agents. Gerard is saddled with a Secret Service Agent through inter-agency cooperation, Robert Downey Jr., and Gerard takes an instant dislike to him. As the chase progresses, Girard and his team find out that Downey's presence is hinky. It is pretty easy to see that Roberts is not a killer, but is hunting one - A Chinese agent who is apparently involved in espionage, and is buying secrets from somebody on the inside. Eventually, the team catches up with Roberts. One of Gerard's people has been killed, and Downey killed him, but made it look like Roberts did it. Gerard can see that it just doesn't add up, and catches Downey in a lie, when he tries to kill Roberts to cover up his own involvement in the espionage case.Read full review

One of the best Tommy Lee Jones movies ever!
The greatest sequel to the 1993 movie The Fugitive with Tommy Lee Jones, ever. I couldn't stop staring at the movie when I first saw it when I was 8, and realized it was one of Tommy Lee Jones' true work of art for a movie, ever. I would recommend it.

A fan of the Fugitive? Then this is a must have in the considrd sequel! :D
An avid fan of the Fugitive movie, U.S. Marshalls is the 'team' in its full force! Good against evil! An action packed movie for men while also adding to their roster of handsome men, Robert Downey Jr.!, for us ladies to enjoy!! True, it's sad, and we must be prepared for a loss, but I will not ruin the movie alas. I highly recommend, a must for any movie watcher's collection! You'll watch again and again! I know I have!
