I would recommend The Incredible Hulk for you and your family,it's Awesome!
I thought this movie was excellent. The casting was perfect. It had a lot of the same characteristics of the original Incredible Hulk of tv. I like that they included a short bit with Lou Ferrigno from the original tv series in this. There was a lot of great action and suspense in this but yet they were able to keep it light-hearted in some spots to make it so a wider range of audience would enjoy it. It was also able to tie into a future movie so as to not end it without the possibility of more to see. I would recommend this for almost anyone to enjoy. The very young children may or may not understand the story line but they along with anyone else watching would be fascinated by all the action scenes. This movie in my opinion deserves 5 stars and then some. I would be a great way to spend family time. Just add some drinks, popcorn, and enjoy the movie.Read full review

Loved: THE INCREDIBLE HULK!
We love this version of THE INCREDIBLE HULK. And with the heroic part he played in The Avengers, my son would not stop asking me to get it for our collection. We all know the story: Dr. David Banner, is being hunted by General Thaddeus (Thunderbolt Ross), the father of Betty Ross; Dr. Banner's love. But the reason why the general is hunting David is because he thinks his body belongs to The Army, and he has plans to use it for his own diabolical scheme. Meanwhile, Dr. Banner has been laying low and wants to be rid of The Hulk, so he's trying to find Mr. Blue, who is going to make that a reality. But before that happens, Dr. Banner bust out at the seams, has to protect the one he loves and the innocent from a new threat - The Abomination. We absolutely love this movie because it has a great plot, its full of action and suspense and the graphics is very nicely done. It pulls you in, keeps you hanging on - a thrill ride from start to finish. Enjoy.Read full review

It aint easy being green
I will probably never give a Marvel movie production less than an average review because of my appreciation for some of those older timeless stories. This movie has some tongue in cheek references to the tv show and some subtle visual comparisons to the classic Hulk comics from the 1960s and 70s. In this sequel, the Hulk power is treated like a drug in that one man is trying to withdrawal while another is trying to get more. I felt Banner(Ed Norton) was a little too cool and methodical during his scenes and may have been poorly directed in that regard. I hear Mark Ruffalo is slated to be the Hulk in the third installment but is he really the scientist type? Ok, so my favorite thing about this movie was the end...a short conversation between Nick Fury and Tony Stark(Downey Jr)that preludes what should be a mega blockbuster involving the assembling of a powerful group. So this conversation between two guys in a bar had me jump out of my seat at the end and go OMG!Woooooo!Read full review

Unless you're a fan, just rent it.
This movie of the Hulk starts with the original experimentation and accident that led to Banner becoming the Hulk and continues through when he is trying to disappear while working on a cure for himself. The movie tells the story, but it's not particularly well done - sort of a moving-picture-comic-book. You're waiting for the "BOP" and "POW!" Definitely not at the same level as The Avengers or even the 2008 version of the Hulk. Fans of the comic books will probably like it, but other than the pre-story of the Avenger-member, it's lacking quite a lot.
