The Adventures of Tintin (DVD Set)
The Adventures of Tintin was and still remains one of my all time favorite shows. I used to watch this show with my father when I was younger, but the show was cancelled. It has been many years, and thanks to this boxset I can once again join Tintin and his faithful dog Snowy in their many adventures, including ones I had never seen before! When I discovered that this DVD Boxset was available I didn't hesitate to purchase it.
My only concern at that time, which became a reality, was that the DVD's would be read as Foreign DVD's. Much to my dissapointment, my guess was right. Fortunately for me my computer and I believe all computers now, have DVD player programs other than Windows Media Player that will play these kind of DVD's. (Windows Media asks too many questions) I'm sure there are DVD players that can play foreign DVD's but these are the only foreign DVD's I own so I don't see much point in purchasing one.
Besides that trivial setback, the DVD's are great. I definitely recommend any Tintin fan to purchase this DVD Box Set; its worth every dime.Read full review
