About this product
- DescriptionThe TaylorMade r7 Draw Iron set Golf Club offers a wide, cambered sole that ensures consistency and even transition through the impact area. This stainless steel club head gives a maximum offset position that leads edge of the clubface behind the front of the hosel, making it easier to square at impact. The TaylorMade r7 Draw Iron set Golf Club boasts Draw-Weighted Technology which emphasizes weight toward the heel of the club head and positions the Center of Gravity (CG) rear and nearer to the shaft for improved draw bias. A thinner clubface and deep cavity of the TaylorMade r7 Draw Iron set Golf Club further place the Center of Gravity low and back in the club head for easier and elevated initial launch trajectory.

Great irons, would recommend to others!
I am a 'new' golfer but wanted a quality set of irons. These taylormade irons are easy to use and correct some slice in shots made. They are used, and show some wear, but thats okay, because the price was very good! R7 draw irons are exceptionally forgiving and easy to use. I must admit I am now a 'taylormade' man.

Great set of clubs!
Very nice set of clubs. I purchased these clubs because I always fade or even slice a ball. These clubs have a really nice offset/draw which compensates for my lack of turning my hands/arms over because of a shoulder injury. Thus, now when I make contact with the ball the face is square and the ball flight is straight and sometimes I even get a much desired draw! They hit as long as any other top name club I have tried and I have tried many of the best. The club heads have nice weight on the soles and get the ball up quickly. I hit the 8 iron from 140-150 and the 7 iron 150-160 and so on. Even the long irons are easier to hit giving you more confidence when your pulling out the 3,4 or 5 irons. You may even put away your hybrids after trying these. I am an upper 70's player in my mid 50's so I hope this review helps someone else who has problems with slicing or fading the ball. Happy golfing! Read full review

Taylot Made r7 Draw
These clubs are very nice and they have a great feel. They are a little difficult to get used to at first since they are weighted towards the heel of the club but once you go to the rangs and play a round you will develop the feel of the club and then they become very easy to hit. I really like the gap wedge (a wedge) it is smooth and gets under the ball quickly with a nice roll. I have not been able to produce a consistent draw but i have been hitting the ball straight and my distance has increased by about 10-12 yards on every club in my bag. I would definately recommend these clubs for anyone looking to lower their score and hit more consistent shots. They would be great for the player who can only get out and play a couple times a month and who shots in the mid 80's and above. Highly recommended great clubs they will improve your game but be patient. Read full review

My first "good" irons
I am very happy with my new r7 draws. I was using my grandfather's old set, probably about 15 - 20 years old. I was hitting well, but slicing somewhat consistently and not getting the distance I ought to. These irons have really helped me to learn how to hit the ball better. I slice less, feel more "in touch" with the ball and with my swing, and feel a lot more confidence about ball trajectory and distance control. They are heavier than I expected, so when I first started, I was grounding quite a bit, or even whiffiing. But having played 5 or 6 rounds with then, my golf has improved quite a bit. I am enjoying gold more, and getting onto a lot more greens in regulation. Great clubs!

These clubs were in great shape and I love them. They are the first set of clubs I have owned and I expect to get many years of use from them. They have a huge sweet spot and are very forgiving. The draw feature allows me to take fuller swings without worrying about my big slice. The hybrids are well worth the money and have become my most frequently used clubs. Overall the clubs are exactly what I needed in order for me to learn the game of golf. I would advise anyone that wants to start golfing to spend a few extra dollars and buy these clubs. They will last you longer and help your performance more than a cheap set. You will be very happy your choice.
