Interactual/PC Friendly continue to ruin the experience
I bought this version of T2 specifically to watch the WMV HD version of the film on my new monitor. Unfortunately the only way to access this content is by using the Interactual player that is nothing short of a disaster. I have only seen it work a handful of times since the advent of the DVD. This buggy, unreliable software plagues many releases and make it often impossible to enjoy DVD-ROM content among other things. I still have not been able to get my Dell PC to play the HD version, and of course Interactual/PC Friendly is not Mac compatible, so no luck there. I doubt this shoddy product could pass any sort of quality standards on any platform it is ported to. I wish there was a better way.

T2 Extreme DVD editon
Liked the first two Terminators (directed by James Cameron). Wanted copies for my library. T1 was easy to find locally. For some reason T2 wasn't so easy to locate. Saw it on eBay. Price was very good so I bought it. This version is absolutely outstandaing, by the way. Superb sound & picture and extra footage.
An excellent buy.

T2 The Extreme DVD Edition (2003, DVD)
What i like...
I like that Serious Metal like box with Terminator which you can touch with the finger figure.
I like second plastic box in it.
The polygraphy on the DVD discs is beatiful and have good quality.
The 3D menu is a little too much, but nothing bad with it.
I love T2 movie.
Sound is great, but i don't get, why sound is sounds good only on the installed from DVD player..
I tryed it with another player and sound is less powerful whant was before on player i installed.
And because of i'm not living in USA i was unable to aquire some stuffs from the DVD, such a full HD version of the movie for Win.Media player

T2 The Extreme DVD Edition
Fantastic extended version of Terminator 2, with several minutes of previously unreleased scenes. Some of the "extra" scenes were cut out of the originally released film probably because they slowed down the "flow" or pacing of the action, slightly. However, many of them reveal more storyline explanation, and include some great additional special effects. When I decided to replace my VHS version of T2 with a DVD copy, I didn't even bother buying the screen-release version, and went straight to purchasing this extended version. This is the definitive collectors edition, and any Terminator fans should snap this up. Your Terminator DVD collection is not complete without it.

The quality of the Extreme edition is very good, the picture and sound have been remastered. If you like the Terminator movies like I do, you will find the extra 16 minutes of the movie very interesting!
