BEST PURCHASE EVER!
This is a great dvd for any graffiti writer (old and new), or enthusiast of the craft.
Goes in to detail of the writers life style during the subway era of early writers from 70's & 80's.
2 disc special, 1st dvd is the movie, 2nd dvd has special features such as the subway slide show and interviews of select artist.
This dvd is one of the first early documentary's of the NYC graffiti subway era ever done professionally, influence artist all across the world.
If you are interested in this dvd cop it! I would also love to recommend other videos on the NYC subway era such as "stations of the elevated", and "forbidden rebels".

Graffer/B boy flick goes deeper than the subway
The definitive bomber, burner, tagger docu. pre-dates
"Wild Style" -notice how they bit the format/story line
The early up-rocking is fresh. Crazy Legs and Mr. Freeze
debut their skills. Gritty, A real socialogical study and
Mayor Coch is a cock.

I thought it was a pretty good documentary considering the year in which it was made which was like in the late-seventies, early-eighties. It depicts the street artists talking about the culture of grafitti and how they "get up" and basically what grafitti is all about. Its about 2 hours long and it was pretty informative on the process of, criminality, roots, and underground subculture or grafitti.
