One disc with tons of Sonic games? Not a bad idea
I bought this product mainly because it included the game Sonic R, which was back then one of my favorite games. This game includes a lot of old classic sonic games that fans would really like. I even found games that I have never played or heard of. I highly recommend getting this game because it packs so many games all in one disc.

Great little collection, easiest way to play Sonic R w/out Sega Saturn.
This is a great little collection of Sonic games, including many of my personal favorites.
I bought this to replace my lost copy, it's got a much better collection of games than Sonic Mega Collection or Mega Collection Plus, in my opinion.

For hard core Sonic fans that want to play Sonic the Fighters.
Sonic Gems collects some of the more obscure Sonic games. These include: Sonic CD, Sonic the Fighters, Sonic R, and six Sonic Game Gear games.
Older fans of Sonic will most likely have all these games in their collection, with the exception of Sonic the Fighters which was only release in arcade in Japan and in this collection.
Younger fans of Sonic will definitely enjoy Sonic CD, which is widely seen as one of the better classic Sonic games.
I would only recommend this item if you are a hard core Sonic fan and want to play Sonic the Fighters. Other compilations or platforms exist that you can play the other games on (including Sonic CD on Steam soon).
